Yesterday, reports of an upcoming Samsung point-and-shoot, the ST5500, was spotted on the US Federal Communications Commission's Web site.
Its supposed specifications include a 14.2-megapixel image sensor, 7x optical zoom, 100MB of internal memory with support for microSD/SDHC cards, 720p video capture mode and a 3.5-inch touchscreen. Like its predecessor, the ST1000, the new snapper boasts a variety of connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
