I don't know if there is a need for such bluetooth device or not but if you are walking in a rain and holding your umbrella, you can still talk without leaving your umbrella. Here is a bluetooth umbrella which can display you an incoming number, has a microphone and allows you to talk wirelessly while still holding your umbrella.
After the call is connected, the speaker on the handle will replace the earpiece. I don't know what is the need though? YOu can still use your regular bluetooth while holding your umbrella!!
