You might have heard about the Bamboo Bio-degradable mobile phone, which is made of a baboo case... but now you can have an umbrella made with real Bamboo.
UMBOO is a simple, reliable, sustainable bamboo umbrella. The design concept uses the natural strength and flexibility of bamboo.
The main shaft is split a third of the way down, and the pieces are steam bent into the classic curve of an umbrella. A recycled polyethylene handle slides up and down the shaft to open and close the recycled fabric canopy.
